JOAź has installed many dust collection systems with customized hoods that are both practical and effective. Our capture hoods are specially designed to your application so that the maximum amount of fugitive vapor can be captured from the emission source while not influencing the process nor over-extracting valuable product. We utilize a source elimination approach which maximizes emissions control at the point of emission and minimizes excessive hood size and power requirements. In some cases, we combine a push-pull plenum with a source elimination hood in order to increase vapor capture effectiveness

Balancing the vapor system, result in an optimized / extended life time before cleaning is required. Concrete this means that if the header fouls, the reduction in capacity will be equally divided over all extraction points.

Fires in vapor extraction systems caused by Exhaust vent, vacuum vent and die head fires are handled by JOAź through JOAź fire detection equipment.

This fire detection equipment is suitable for applications where high pressure fires are likely to occur. Within the plastics industry JOAź installs these systems to:
