PMLA™ Remote monitoring
In close co-operation with our sister company JOA® Software & Services, JOA® has developed an automatic alarm- and data logging system. This PMLA™ (Programmable Modem Logger and Alarm) unit allows users to have better control over their maintenance and the related costs. In the daily operation, the PMLA™ unit measures the critical process indicators (i.e. pressure drops over the filter, flow and the system pressure) at strategic locations. By using this technology the operation of the extraction system is continuously monitored, so that the stable operation of the extraction system can be guaranteed.
Long term Process flexibility and controlled maintenance are achieved through PMLA™ technology
On top of the described functionality, the system also operates as an automatic alarm when calamities occur. In case of a calamity, the JOA® PMLA™ unit sends a signal to the responsible JOA® service engineer, who will undertake appropriate action.
The service engineer is 24/7 available. This results in less pressure on your organization, and less need for in-house service engineers. Several key point of the JOA® service philosophy, which are achieved by (statistic) controlled preventive maintenance, are the increased safety and reliability of the installation and the reduced maintenance costs.
