JOA® Validation and Maintenance
Upon commissioning of the new system, JOA® will validate the system performance based upon a comparison with pre-installation performance data (provided by the customer and/or JOA®). These findings will be compared with the customer’s findings, and project success will be determined. In the instance where our design does not perform to the customer’s performance criteria, we will make whatever changes are necessary to make it work correctly.
For maintaining an effective and sustainable system, JOA can offer in-house maintenance training, turnkey maintenance services and real-time performance monitoring, PMLA™. These services will be discussed in detail with the plant maintenance team.
PMLA™ System Performance Monitoring
To insure optimal performance of our systems, JOA provides a remote monitoring program called Programmable Modem Logging and Alarming unit, PMLA™. With PMLA™ the working behavior of the installation can be checked and monitored at all times. Excellent program for comparing system performance with process performance. Preventative maintenance programs can be effectively and economically carried out using PMLA™ program.
