JOAź Detailed Engineering
The following tasks are performed during the detailed engineering phase:
- Final design and for-construction manual that includes duct layouts, total static pressure and air flow calculations
- Detailed drawings and layouts for all hoods, duct work and other components
- Final selection for best applicable equipment (fan, filter, duct work, fire/explosion safety etc.)
- Selection of installation team (JOAź installation team and/or and customer approved local contractors under supervision of JOAź project manager)
- Complete planning for installation during normal production and/or shutdowns
- Confirmation that final system design meets all current codes and regulations (ATEX, NFPA, OSHA etc.)
